Afternoon Forklift Operator – Ongoing Opportunity

Jobwire has an ongoing opportunity for an experienced forklift operator to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Lidcombe. The company is relocating to Kemps Creek around February/March 2027, with ongoing work available.

About the Role:

Afternoon shift starting between 3pm–4pm, depending on availability

Finish around 8pm–8:30pm

Moving around the depot

Loading and unloading trucks and trailers

Moving freight, pallets and skids

Handling top-heavy cabinets and oversized/overlength freight ("ugly freight")

Strapping and securing freight

More unloading trailers and moving freight within the depot

Fast-paced, physical workplace

Must have your own car

What We’re Looking For:

Previous forklift counter-balance experience is a MUST





Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers

Experience handling freight, pallets, skids and oversized items

Ability to safely move top-heavy cabinets and awkward/oversized freight

Reliable and physically fit

Available for ongoing afternoon shifts

Own reliable transport is essential
