Summary

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced System Testers who are passionate about delivering high-quality technology solutions. You will be responsible for validating system functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts
- Perform functional, integration, system and regression testing
- Identify, document and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Validate system performance and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and frameworks

Qualifications

- Robust System Testing and Test Execution skills,



with experience validating complex ICT solutions.
- Applied Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, identify gaps, and troubleshoot defects.
- Hands-on experience designing, documenting, and maintaining Test Cases within structured test frameworks.
- Background in Quality Assurance, including defect management, regression testing, and adherence to testing standards.
- Knowledge of common testing tools and methodologies (e.g., test management platforms, issue tracking systems).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate test outcomes clearly.
- Experience in ICT or digital delivery environments; exposure to government or large enterprise programs is advantageous.
- Relevant qualification in information technology, software engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
