Bean Squeeze in Geelong seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join the Central Kitchen leadership team. You will work with the Head Chef to lead a busy production kitchen that prepares fresh food daily for 16 Bean Squeeze stores, ensuring quality and timely dispatch.

You will oversee food safety, drive continuous improvement, and develop your team while maintaining high standards of organisation and accountability across kitchen operations.
