We are seeking a reliable and capable IT Support Analyst to join our team in a casual role, supporting a diverse client environment across Melbourne.

This position is ideal for someone with broad IT support experience who is confident working across desktop support, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, networking, and communications platforms. The successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and technical problem-solving.

As this is a casual position, weekly hours will depend on workload, generally falling between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. The role also requires travel to client sites across Melbourne, so flexibility and mobility are essential. You'll be provided with a laptop for the role, along with a work phone number (via eSIM) added to your own mobile.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop and user support across Windows and macOS environments
- Deliver both onsite and remote support to client sites across Melbourne
- Administer and support Microsoft 365
- Network administration and monitoring (Meraki and Unifi)
- Assist with server administration across VMware and Hyper‑V environments
- Administer business communication platforms including Microsoft Teams and Webex
- Monitor backup systems and respond to issues as required
- Use NinjaOne for ticket management, endpoint administration, and support workflows
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access issues
- Maintain clear documentation and provide high‑quality customer support

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or systems support role
- Strong desktop support skills across Windows and Mac




- Experience administering Microsoft 365
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is desirable
- Exposure to or experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Unifi administration and monitoring
- Experience with virtualised server environments such as VMware and Hyper‑V
- Experience administering collaboration and phone systems such as Teams and Webex
- Familiarity with backup monitoring
- Experience using NinjaOne or a similar ticketing/RMM platform
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to support
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Essential Requirements

- Valid Victorian driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Current police check, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites across Melbourne

Desirable Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications
- Cisco certifications (CCNA)
