We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to lead data-driven planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation across our global channels. Reporting to the Head of Merchandise and Trade, this role partners closely with Product, Digital and Marketing to maximise full-price sell-through, minimise risk, and support profitable growth. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first workplace and brings strong experience in apparel or accessories.This role is available on a 4 or 5 day per week basis and in the role you will;

Manage merchandise planning, forecasting and inventory management across global channels, ensuring optimal stock availability and profitable growth.

Analyse trading performance to identify risks, opportunities and actions that drive sales, margin, sell-through and stock turn.

Manage inventory flow, stock allocation and replenishment across ecommerce, wholesale and marketplace channels.

Partner with Product and Merchandising teams to develop data-led range, assortment and buy plans for existing and new product launches.

Support pricing, promotional and markdown strategies to maximise full-price sales and minimise inventory risk.

Collaborate closely with Digital, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to align merchandise strategies with commercial objectives and customer demand.

About You

6+ years' experience in merchandise planning, ideally in apparel or accessories

Proven experience in eCommerce, omni-channel and multi-region environments





Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales, margin and inventory outcomes

Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills (experience with planning tools and Cin7 advantageous)

Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, data-rich workplace with evolving processes

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Highly organised, detail-oriented and outcomes focused
