Key Skills & Experience 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience. Minimum 4–6 end-to-end implementations in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off . SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification is mandatory. Solid expertise in Position Management, Data Models, RBP, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, Event Derivation, and Time Off configuration . Hands-on experience with Integration Center, Story Reports, EC Payroll, and SAP HCM integrations . 4+ years of project delivery or AMS support experience. Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL) . Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills. Nice to Have: Knowledge of Intelligent Services .
