We're looking for a motivated, organised and people-focused Property Manager to join our friendly Gulgong team. Whether you're an experienced Property Manager or someone with exceptional customer service skills looking to build a career in real estate, we'd love to hear from you. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

About the Role

You'll manage a dedicated portfolio of diversified properties while building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants and local trades. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in delivering the outstanding service our clients have come to expect.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of residential and rural investment properties.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and providing expert advice.
- Communicating with tenants and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with trusted local trades.
- Conducting routine,



ingoing and outgoing inspections and preparing condition reports.
- Managing rental arrears, lease renewals and rent reviews.
- Processing tenancy applications and welcoming new tenants.
- Keeping up to date with legislation and ensuring compliance across your portfolio.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service.

You'll bring:

- At least two years' experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Resilience, confidence and a positive sense of humour.
- Connections to the community of Gulgong
- A current driver's licence.
