Rescom Joinery is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Helensvale, QLD, this role is fundamental to our manufacturing operations, providing essential support across our assembly and process work activities. As a Labourer, you will play a vital part in ensuring our production runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the quality of our joinery products and the success of our business.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing materials and work areas for production processes
- Moving, lifting and storing materials, components and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and organized workplace
- Following all health, safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assisting with quality checks and inspection of products as required
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop

What we’re looking for

- Physical capability to perform manual labour, including lifting, carrying and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in accordance with health and safety protocols
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and processes
- Reliability and punctuality with a robust work ethic




- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to understand work instructions and safety information
- Current or willingness to obtain relevant safety certifications as required by the role
