Location Details
- Location: Brunswick Medical Center
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Shift: 6pm-6am, hours may flex
What We're Looking For:
- Education :4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred.
Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience :Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
- Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level.
