Position: Business Analyst with OpenText

Australian Citizens with Baseline Security Clearance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with OpenText experience to support requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation for an OpenText implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyse current processes and recommend improvements




- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process maps
- Support OpenText implementation by working closely with functional and technical teams
- Assist with testing, validation, and user training

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience working as a Business Analyst on OpenText projects
- Robust requirement gathering and documentation skills
- Experience in document or content management platforms preferred
- Experience in government projects preferred
