The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking APS5 Auslan Service Officers to join the National Contact Centre. You will deliver accessible, participant-first support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants through Auslan video calls, email and webchat, helping them navigate the NDIS and access needed services.
