We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedPrivate Wealth Assistantto support 3 Senior Wealth Management Advisers in the day-to-day administration and client service activities across their high-net-worth client portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support 3 Senior Financial Advisers.
- Provide superior client service by responding quickly and accurately to client requests.
- Effectively manage an email inbox that receives client communications and ensure this is adequately organised and prioritised.
- Ensure that settlements and the transfer of funds are efficiently undertaken and provide clients with relevant information as required.
- Manage the overall client relationship and communication process, ensuring regular contact and the provision of a professional and personalised service and responding to client queries.
- Manage new client account onboarding.
- Provide administration support to the Financial Advisory team.
- Provide clients and third parties with investment reports when required.
- Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of current relevant legislation and industry standards
- Hands-on exposure to ASX and international equities, trade settlements, corporate actions, and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, placements, entitlement offers, and rights issues. Experience with HINs, CHESS, registry processes,



and client trading administration would also be highly desirable.

To be successful, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance related discipline is desirable not essential
- Platform experience is Highly regarded
- 2–5 years’ experience in stockbroking, private wealth, or trading support experience.
- Sound understanding and knowledge of the financial markets is desirable.
- Effective / professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Initiative-taking and self-directed work style. Able to prioritise, manage workload autonomously and proactively seek solutions.
- Ability to manage client communication and relationships.
- Strong Administration skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Robust time management skills, including ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously whilst providing quality service.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office
