National Retail Manager – Nudie Jeans (Australia & New Zealand) Full-time | Immediate Start We’re looking for a passionate and experienced National Retail Manager to lead our Nudie Jeans retail operations across Australia and Recent Zealand. With 11 retail stores across the region, this role is all about partnering with store managers to drive performance through ongoing training, coaching, and development. Key Responsibilities Lead by example in store operations and customer service excellence. Work closely with store managers to support their growth and team development. Ensure all stores deliver a consistent and high-quality Nudie Jeans brand experience. Align retail practices and customer experience across all locations. Drive sales and KPI performance across Australia and New Zealand. Analyse store performance and implement strategic improvements.



Oversee budgets, sales planning, and operational reporting. Represent store needs and insights within the broader organisation. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training, and team development initiatives. About You A proactive leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Comfortable switching between strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Results-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong communicator with excellent people and leadership skills. Organised and efficient, with solid project and time management abilities. Willing to travel regularly to support stores across both countries.
