Scientific Data and Application Product Manager

As a Strategic Accounts Representative, you will drive business growth by owning and managing key strategic accounts and hospitals within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is accountable for delivering sales performance, expanding access, and improving patient outcomes through strong stakeholder partnerships and tailored account strategies.
Position Summary
You will lead strategic relationships with specialty care and oncology accounts across the Philippines. You will work directly with clinicians, hospital teams, clinic managers, and colleagues across functions to design and deliver account plans that improve patient journeys. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with specialist physicians, oncology clinics, hospital departments, and institutional accounts.
- Develop and deliver clear account plans that meet clinical needs and local service capabilities.
- Use customer insight and local data to identify opportunities, forecast demand, and monitor account performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver education, operational support, and tailored solutions for accounts.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with key accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and local regulations.
- Advocate for customer needs within GSK and contribute to regional strategy and service design.
Why You?
Basic Qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare account management, sales, or business development, with exposure to specialty care or oncology.
- Proven track record managing hospital, clinic, or institutional accounts in the Philippines.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills for clinical and administrative audiences.
- Demonstrated commercial planning skills and ability to meet measurable targets.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with frequent travel across the assigned territory.
- Right to work in the Philippines and ability to work on-site when required.
Preferred Qualification
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, medicine, business, or a related discipline.
- Direct experience working with oncology teams, multidisciplinary tumor boards, or specialty clinics.
- Experience negotiating institutional contracts, tenders, or service agreements.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and digital customer engagement methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior clinical and administrative leaders.
- Experience collaborating with medical affairs, market access, supply, or commercial operations.
Working arrangement
This role is field based in the Philippines. Regular travel across assigned accounts and frequent on-site visits to hospitals and clinics are required. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available due to the customer-facing nature of this role.
