We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Technical Business Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead business requirement workshops and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories Configure and support Dynamics 365 solutions aligned to business requirements Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, APIs, and data migration activities Drive process improvements and automation using Power Apps and Power Automate Manage UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and business sign-off Support Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning,



and release activities Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations Engage with senior stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting Required Skills & Experience: Robust Business Analysis experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Understanding of data modelling, APIs, Azure integrations, and middleware technologies Knowledge of Dynamics configurations, workflows, and plugins Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
