Sunshine Coast Health is seeking a Peer Worker to join the Lived Experience Team. The role provides recovery‑oriented support in crisis spaces, inpatient and community settings, operating from Nambour General Hospital and Sunshine Coast University Hospital from 1pm to 9pm, seven days a week year‑round.
The team of peer workers and clinicians deliver short‑term support to people experiencing mental health distress, offering an alternative to the Emergency Department for non‑urgent cases.
