Mercha is seeking a Scale Customer Success Manager: Tech Touch to design and own the tech‑touch motion that converts first orders into repeat purchases. You’ll manage a $700K run‑rate target, orchestrate onboarding, adoption, reactivation, and segmentation to decide who gets automation and when a human touch is needed.

This is a build role in APAC with a hybrid setup (3 days in Sydney CBD, 2 remote). You’ll collaborate across lifecycle marketing, operations, and CS leadership to drive repeat
