We partner with laboratory organisations across the country to deliver nationally recognised training that supports compliance, safety and workforce capability.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help expand our reach across Queensland and connect more organisations with industry-leading training solutions.

The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors and winning new business across Queensland. You'll engage with laboratories, uncover their training needs and build long term partnerships.

We're looking for someone who's ready to hit the ground running—not someone who spends their day hiding behind a computer. You'll enjoy getting out in front of clients, picking up the phone, building relationships and creating opportunities through proactive sales activity.

You'll be confident engaging with decision makers,



comfortable with outbound sales and motivated to consistently build a strong sales pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing

- Developing recent business opportunities across the laboratory industry
- Prospecting through outbound calls, emails and client visits
- Building strong relationships with laboratories and industry contacts
- Identifying client needs and presenting tailored training solutions
- Conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients
- Managing your sales pipeline and follow up activity through our CRM
- Attending industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets while growing ABC Training's presence across Queensland

What We're Looking For

- Proven Business Development or B2B sales experience
- A genuine passion for winning new business
- A hunter mentality with the resilience to create opportunities every day
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy sales pipeline
- Current driver's licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Laboratory experience is encouraged but not required
