Royal Freemasons Footscray is seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our Residential Aged Care team on a casual basis. You will provide clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, champion person-centred care, and ensure regulatory compliance across documentation and care planning.

Key responsibilities include wound management, staff coordination, and liaison with GPs, hospitals, and families to achieve positive resident outcomes.
