We are expanding our kitchen team and looking for a passionate, reliable and skilled Cook to join us.

Key Responsibilities
- Service Execution: running the pans section and executing our pastas, pizza, salads and desserts to the highest level.
- Mise en Place: prepping premium ingredients (artisanal cured meats, fresh local produce and house-made sauces) according to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Food Preparation: preparing and portioning across all sections, including managing and hand-stretching our 72-hour fermented dough with precision.
- Quality Control: maintaining strict consistency in portion sizes, taste, visual presentation and dietary requirement accommodations.
- Kitchen Hygiene and Safety: ensuring compliance with food safety and health standards; executing deep-cleaning procedures at the end of shifts.
- Stock Management: assisting with daily stock rotation (FIFO) and monitoring inventory levels to minimise food waste.
What We Are Looking
For: Experience: minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. Relevant qualification in the industry
- Passion for Quality: a genuine love for hospitality, premium ingredients and the details that elevate a good meal.
- Speed and Composure: the ability to maintain a calm, clean and organised workspace under pressure during busy weekend rushes.
- Team Player: exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
- Availability: full flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
