Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. was founded on January 8, 1997, in Wuhu, Anhui Province, China. Chery has been built upon the philosophy of independent innovation, developing a complete technology and product R&D; system, producing several award-winning car models.

BUSINESS UNIT OVERVIEW
iCAUR, created by Chery is a is an accessible premium BEV & REEV SUV brand which launched globally at the Shanghai Auto Show in April 2025.
iCAUR is designed for drivers who want design, technology, and a premium ownership experience with the ability to accessories and make it their own.
With a Q2 2027 Australian and Recent Zealand market launch, the brand occupies a genuine white space — above the volume Chinese entrants, below the traditional luxury set — anchored by the "Born to Play" brand spirit and powered by REEV technology that removes the last barrier to going electric.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Marketing Specialist will own iCAUR's digital ecosystem — website, CRM/EDM, SEO/SEM and digital analytics — ensuring every digital touchpoint performs and reflects the brand ahead of launch.
This is an opportunity to build a brand's digital infrastructure from the ground up — website, marketing automation and performance reporting — and to shape how Australian audiences discover and engage with iCAUR online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the iCAUR website end-to-end, working with development and creative partners to deliver a site that reflects brand standards and supports the customer journey
- Own SEO and SEM strategy and execution, driving organic and paid search performance to build discoverability ahead of launch
- Build and manage CRM and EDM programs, developing lifecycle communications that nurture leads from awareness through to purchase consideration
- Lead digital analytics and reporting, tracking website, campaign and CRM performance and translating data into actionable insight
- Manage the digital marketing technology stack, including CRM, EDM and analytics platforms, working with vendors to ensure systems are integrated and fit for purpose
- Plan and execute paid digital and performance media in collaboration with the Media team,
optimising spend against lead generation and awareness objectives
- Coordinate with digital agencies and vendors across website, CRM/EDM and analytics to deliver projects on time, on budget and to brand standard
- Partner with the Brand team to ensure website and digital content reflects brand tone, visual identity and product narrative
- Support development of digital campaign toolkits and always-on digital content to drive traffic and engagement across the funnel
- Monitor competitor digital activity and emerging platform trends to inform iCAUR's digital strategy
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for someone with strong digital marketing experience gained within the automotive sector, or alternatively within premium consumer goods or lifestyle brands, who can build digital infrastructure and performance from the ground up.
Experience within an international or global company structure will be highly regarded, given the need to work effectively with HQ and cross-market stakeholders.
Other requirements include:
- Solid Australian digital marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the local digital media and consumer landscape
- Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console)
- A track record of managing website and digital projects with external agencies and vendors
- Experience building and interpreting performance dashboards and reporting to guide decision‑making
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, digital media, communications or a related field
