SafeWork NSW, based in Parramatta, is seeking a Technical Support Officer to provide frontline and second-level support for data systems and BI platforms. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, manage user accounts, and coordinate onboarding with ICT teams to ensure reliable service delivery.

You will develop guides, deliver training and drive improvements in support services, collaborating with vendors and data specialists to enhance performance and user experience.
