Commonwealth Bank in Sydney is seeking a leader to build a current financial crime model validation capability. You will work at the intersection of data science, governance and financial crime risk to move from rule-based alerts to ML/GenAI-driven validation.

You will guide model design, build scalable pipelines in Python, PySpark and AWS, and mentor teammates to deliver end-to-end validation in a regulated environment.
