Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking a vibrant Training Officer to develop, coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that build staff capability in using corporate systems.

You will design learning resources, support the adoption of current systems, and ensure manuals are consistent and user-focused across teams. The role requires a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and a blended learning approach, with hybrid work options.
