We are seeking a passionateAdvanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in the Gold Coast, QLD on a full time basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
- Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
- Role modelling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
- Training and coaching team to fine tune service skills,
as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear.
