About the Business

We are part of the global software group Volaris, operating across more than 60 countries, with over 200+ companies in the portfolio. The group focuses on long-term ownership, operational excellence, and developing robust, sustainable businesses.

We operate as a growing and evolving business with a strong customer and combine the agility of a smaller organisation with the support, resources, and best practices of a global network.

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, support decision-making,

and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting (including system enhancements such as NetSuite)
- Champion AI enablement within the finance function, identifying practical ways to automate routine tasks, improve reporting insights, and build stronger team capability
- Manage and develop junior-finance resources, while collaborating with regional and global finance teams
- Support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, due diligence, integration, and other strategic projects

Qualifications & Experience

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent preferred).
- 3-5+ years' accounting / finance experience, ideally in a listed company.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Skilled in Excel and financial software, with robust analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.

Why Join Us

- Competitive base salary with a market-leading bonus structure
- Flexible working arrangements
- Prospect to work closely with a high-performing leadership team
- Exposure to global finance networks and best practices
- Career development opportunities within a broader international group
- Collaborative, down-to-earth culture focused on continuous improvement
