About The Role
We are looking for someone ready to step up into a Finance Manager role and take ownership of the finance function across a number of our software businesses, while partnering closely with leadership to support performance, reporting, and growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role operating at the intersection of financial control and commercial business partnering. You will play a key role in strengthening financial processes, improving visibility of performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function, contributing to business strategy, planning, and performance
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely insights
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and statutory requirements, including managing audits and internal controls
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis, support decision-making,
and identify opportunities for improvement
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting (including system enhancements such as NetSuite)
- Champion AI enablement within the finance function, identifying practical ways to automate routine tasks, improve reporting insights, and build stronger team capability
- Manage and develop junior-finance resources, while collaborating with regional and global finance teams
- Support growth initiatives, including acquisitions, due diligence, integration, and other strategic projects
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent preferred).
- 3-5+ years' accounting / finance experience, ideally in a listed company.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Skilled in Excel and financial software, with robust analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
