NDIA is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to lead a team delivering Auslan-first support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants. The role focuses on real-time Auslan communication via video, coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will manage up to 15 team members, oversee escalations, and drive improvements across the NCC. Versatile hybrid arrangements and rotating shift patterns are available to support operations.
