About the Role
Bayside Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic chance to contribute to your community while working in a supportive and innovative organisation.
The key objective of this position is to provide clinical services to patients across all settings within KooWeeRup Hospital residential aged care whilst achieving and maintaining high standards of quality care and service, reliability and safety. This will occur within the principles of care coordination, where patients/residents have access to a highly coordinated health care and community support system.
This position is at operational/middle management level and will have input into planning and decision making processes as part of the service team.

Mandatory Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Recent management experience including demonstrated leadership and people management expertise.
- Well-developed clinical and analytical skills relevant to the area of practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
