Our Intellectual Property team providesmarket leading litigation and transactional advice and strategy,and is skilled in handling complex high-profile IP disputes andtransactions of all types, and brand and IP asset creation andprotection all with an opportunity to work across borders with ourglobal colleagues.
Working alongside award winning Partners JackieO'Brien, GeorginaHey and DanielPosker this an opportunity to be involved in market leading IPmatters for IP Clients.
To be considered for this role you must have;
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years PQE gained within a reputableIntellectual Property practice
- Patent litigation experience is preferred but notessential
- Strong time management & organisational skills with thecapacity to manage multiple conflicting prioritiessimultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills includingstrong drafting skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a love of learning
