You will have access to special stock to help our customers get the best systems for their budget. We find that sales are easier to make in companies that are approved and accredited dealers, meaning sales will be easier for you.

Who are we looking for?





We are looking for someone to handle qualified inbound leads over the phone as well as the ability to do solar site designs, proposals and close deals.

You must have a high level of drive and competitiveness by nature, success is expected of you in this company.

Someone willing to come into our offices at Malvern East or Clayton, Victoria everyday and be part of our outstanding sales team workplace.

Here’s the qualities that we are looking for:

- 1+ year experience in solarsales (prefered)
- Extreme level of competence, capability and charisma
- Growth mindset
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong emotional regulation
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work under pressure
- Drive and passion to be the best
- Hungry to make sales & make money
- Able to work from the office with the team

More about your day to day role:

As part of our fast-growing sales team, you will need to attend regular meetings with the sales manager and be able to take onboard training to better yourself.

You will be assigned HOT leads that are generated and ready to buy. The quicker you get onto the leads, the better your closing rate will be.

We currently have sales reps who are clearing $150k+ on track earnings, and as we grow there is noslowing down. If you bring your hunger and determination to this role you will be able to clear $175-200k if you are prepared to put in the work the sky is the limit!
