Advantage Agriculture is seeking an organised and reliable Administration & Order Processing Assistant to join our Maroochydore office for a 12-month maternity leave position commencing 21 September 2026.
This is a diverse administration role with a strong focus on processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers primarily via email and phone.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a small office environment, is confident using computer-based systems and has strong organisational and communication skills.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing and managing customer orders
- Entering and maintaining accurate order and customer information
- Communicating with customers primarily via email, with some phone communication
- Using Cin7 and Xero for order processing and administration
- General office administration and record keeping
- Liaising with other members of the team regarding orders, stock and deliveries
- Occasional marketing material using Canva
- Other general administrative tasks as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and able to manage multiple administrative tasks
- Accurate and attentive to detail,
particularly when processing orders and entering information
- Confident communicating professionally via email and phone
- Comfortable using computer-based business systems
- Able to work independently and manage day-to-day priorities
- Reliable and willing to contribute as part of a small team
Previous administration or order-processing experience would be highly regarded.
Experience with Cin7, Xero and Canva would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided.
This is an office-based position in Maroochydore.
Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Approximately 29 hours per week.
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing 21 September 2026.
Remuneration will be in accordance with the applicable Clerks – Private Sector Award, based on the successful applicant's classification and experience.
