Our client is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide coordination and administrative support across a large, fast-paced project delivery team. This is an initial 6-month contract based in Melbourne CBD.
This is a varied role with plenty of ownership, supporting multiple stakeholders and helping ensure day-to-day activities, documentation and reporting run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration support across project delivery and design teams
- Assist with data entry, document management, reporting and general project administration
- Coordinate information and documentation across the wider program
- Support Project Delivery Leads, Electrical Designers and Project Controllers as required
- Manage multiple requests and changing priorities within a fast-paced setting
- Provide structure and administrative support during a period of transition
Key Requirements
- Previous administration, project support or program support experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive and reliable, with the confidence to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accurate document/data management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Flexible approach and willingness to support a broad range of administrative activities
Highly Regarded
- Experience within utilities, electricity, infrastructure, engineering or construction environments
- Experience supporting large project delivery or engineering teams
- Exposure to project documentation, reporting and coordination
