About the opportunity

- Edutemps is recruiting an organised and service-focused Office Administrator for a leading international education organisation.
- This is an immediate-start temporary assignment for approximately 2 to 3 months, working 2 to 3 days per week onsite in Surrey Hills. You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and provide practical administration, facilities and logistics assistance to staff.
- Key responsibilities

- Maintain accurate administrative records, trackers and office systems.
- Assist with printing, filing, document preparation and general office tasks.
- Prepare simple correspondence, meeting materials and internal documents.
- Keep meeting rooms and shared spaces organised and ready for use.
- Monitor stationery, pantry supplies and minor equipment, and support timely reordering.
- Assist with basic travel bookings, itineraries and travel records.
- Support meeting setup, visitors, refreshments and small internal events.
- Respond to staff requests and escalate facilities or administration matters when required.

About you

- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Explicit communication and a positive, helpful approach.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Careful attention to detail and confidence maintaining records and trackers.
- A qualification, current study or recent study in Business, Administration or a related field will be well regarded.
- Available to work onsite in Surrey Hills for 2 to 3 days per week.
- Available to commence promptly.

Assignment details

- Temporary assignment for approximately 2 to 3 months.
- Part-time, 2 to 3 days per week.
- Based onsite in Surrey Hills.
- $33.71 per hour + super.
- Immediate start.
