Lead-day-to-day operations - Policies and Procedures
Effective leadership and strategic operations - achieve targets
Ensuring quality alongside occupancy growth
Mentor and support your team to exceed the NQS

Leadership (Director/ Operational Manager/ 2IC Director Assistant/ Educational Leader)
5 days preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
