E1 is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for a 6-month contract to support Builders, Subcontractors and Suppliers in a SaaS workplace. You will own complex inquiries, optimise our AI support platform Lorikeet, and drive improvements in knowledge base and self-service experiences.

You will train customers, support SSO and API integrations, and collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Commercial teams to scale our Support function.
