Opal HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to be second-in-command in our kitchen at Mill Park Manor Care Community. You will support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals and a delightful dining experience for residents.

The role requires Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, supervisory experience, and a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain). A passion for aged care, teamwork, and solid time management are essential.
