Bellingham Marine is the worlds leading design & construct marina builder. With nine offices around the world, we are seeking an experienced sales/building expert to manage our Queensland market. Our business covers marina design, manufacturing, construction and civil works. Bellingham Marines reputation has been built on our Unifloat ae and Unistack ae products.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone that has a balance of education and experience, who is results driven and will work effectively with both existing as well as new customers.

The Queensland Manager is responsible for sales and client relationship through the project delivery within the state.

Domestic and occasional international travel is required.

About the role:

Preparation of sales forecast and market analysis.

Preparation of estimates/budgets and tender documents

Project Management, using company resources and external contractors.

Comply with Quality Control Systems and H&S; requirements, BMA is ISO Certified.

You will need to be an excellent communicator,



possessing robust written and verbal skills.

- Tertiary study to Bachelor level in Engineering/Construction or advance trade training.
- Minimum of 5 years in construction-related fields
- Proven negotiating and relationship building skills.
