Nevetts Lawyers is an established law firm in the regional hub of Ballarat, tracing our history back to the Gold Rush. We have strong litigation, commercial, workplace relations, property, estate and infrastructure practices and deep connections within our community.

About this role

In this role you will have access to stimulating work and direct client contact, all within a dynamic and supportive team environment. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to representing and advising clients on various matters relating to sales, acquisitions, subdivision and development of commercial, industrial and residential properties.

About you

The successful candidate must have 2+ years’ post admission experience in property law matters.



In addition, you will also be able to demonstrate:

Sound understanding of relevant legislation;

Excellent technical and draftingskills;

Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills;

A proactive, commercial and client-focused approach;

A desire to build strong working relationships through positive and open communication with your colleagues.
