Berry Street Yooralla is seeking a Specialist Family Violence Hub Practitioner to join our unified team in Heidelberg and Epping. This full-time fixed-term role (12 months) focuses on risk assessment, safety planning, and engaging victim survivors and their children with the supports they need.

You will hold a Bachelor level qualification in Social Work, be adaptable to rosters, and apply knowledge of relevant legislation.
