What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver structural analysis and design across a diverse range of building projects.
- Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, including commercial, residential, high-rise, and public infrastructure developments.

About You

- Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 3-5 + years of structural design experience.
- Strong skills in concrete design, with proficiency in ETABS, RAM Concept, and other relevant software.
- Experience with, or an interest in learning, Post-Tensioned (PT) concrete design.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
