BlueCare in Mt Isa is seeking a Senior Personal Carer to conduct client intake and screening assessments, developing and reviewing individualised care plans with a client-centred approach while providing quality care based on clients’ needs.

You’ll spend time on the road visiting clients in their homes, supporting daily activities, managing information in CRM/CMS, and collaborating with the care team to evaluate goals and outcomes.
