The Role

You will take ownership of an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties, primarily located across Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, Leopold, Curlewis and St Leonards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of your portfolio
- Leasing and lease renewals
- Conducting routine inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring properties are managed in line with Victorian legislation
- Providing a high level of service while working autonomously from home

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Solid knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current Agents Representative Certificate
- A current driver's licence
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Be based in the Geelong area
