The Role
We areseekinga dedicated and experienced Co-Educatorto joinourteam at theMalvernCampuson aparttime(Monday to Friday8:00 – 4:00pmterm time only),from the beginning of term 4 until the end of term 3 2027.
As a valued member of our team, youwill activelycollaborate with our teachers and fellow assistants. Together, you will focus on creating and implementing a child-centric learning program in an environment that promotes students' growth, development, and overall well-being, tailored to their unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of teaching activities and strategies based on knowledge of student’s physical,socialand intellectualdevelopmentand characteristics to improve studentlearning
- Actively contribute ideas resulting in implementation of a stimulating educational program for students that reflect current research and best practice models in earlychildhood
- Support the ELC teacher in all aspects of the management of studentbehaviour, andorganisationof thecentre
- Contribute to the developmental records for each individual student, both written and verbal, under the guidance of the teacher
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values andbehaviour
Role Requirements:
- Diploma of EarlyChildhoodandCare
- Experience withthree-, four- and five-year-oldsis essential
- Current First Aid Certificate Level2, Anaphylaxis Certificate, and Asthma training
- Employment WorkingWithChildren Check
