St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an Allied Health Assistant to join the GEM@Home team based at St George's Hospital, Kew, Melbourne. You will support hospital-level care in patients' homes under supervision of Allied Health clinicians.
The role requires a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent, public health experience, excellent communication, autonomous and cooperative work, and a current Victorian Driver Licence and National Criminal History Check.
