Zarebis is supporting our client Platinum Health Care Group (PHCG) to find the IDEAL CANDIDATE to fill a newly created role based in Jandakot.

Permanent | Full-time | Community, schools, and clinical supportwith salary negotiable depending on your skills and experience as an RN and Clinical Leader.

Clinical Oversight & Governance

Leadership and Support for RN’s and Support Workers

Quality & Compliance Monitoring

Training & Professional Development

Client and Family Liaison

Co-ordination of Care

Clinical Escalation and Hands-on Support

Completing Community & In-Home Nursing (Aged Care & NDIS) across the Perth Metro area

Complete assessments, care planning, medication management, wound care, continence support, chronic disease management

School Nursing (Education SupportCentre’s). Term-time only supporting students with complex health needs in school settings with PEG feeding, seizure management, diabetes support, catheter care, oxygen therapy, and suctioning

Clinical Support & Training - As an RN, you’ll also mentor and train their highly skilled support workers and school staff, running competency assessments, sharing your expertise to enable the wider team to care for every client.

What you'll need!

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse

Degree in Nursing

Australian Permanent Resident/ or Citizen

Sound clinical judgement and clear documentation

Current Western Australia’s Driver'sLicence (Full)

NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Genuine alignment with PHCGs ‘HEART Values and Approach’ which is Holistic, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork.

Rates between $50-$60/hour, casual and flexible hours.
