Firmus Technologies is seeking a Head of Electrical Engineering, AI Factory Development to lead the electrical engineering discipline across all Firmus AI Factory sites. You will set technical standards for MV/LV distribution, UPS, standby power, protection, earthing, and related interfaces in liquid-cooled AI compute halls.

You will build and scale a distributed team across Australia and other geographies, drive governance, and ensure site deliveries meet Firmus’ design intent and quality.
