Opportunity Working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment,
you will be responsible for operating automated batching and mixing
systems, preparing ingredients, and ensuring products are
manufactured safely, efficiently and in line with quality
standards. Operate and monitor automated mixing and batching
equipment. Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients according to
approved recipes. Complete batching activities while maintaining
food safety and quality standards. Perform product testing and
quality checks throughout production. Troubleshoot equipment and
process issues, escalating where required. Support production
targets through effective equipment operation and problem solving.




Work closely with Operations, Quality and Engineering teams to
drive reliability and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate
production records and ensure a secure, clean working environment.
What you’ll bring Previous experience in food, beverage or FMCG
manufacturing (highly desirable). Experience operating batching,
mixing or processing equipment (desirable). Understanding of food
safety, GMP and quality standards. Strong attention to detail and
commitment to following recipes and procedures. A proactive
approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Ability to
work collaboratively within a team environment. A forklift licence
and experience operating forklifts (desirable). Why Noumi? This
