We are seeking a motivated and reliable Storeperson to join our Mackay team.

This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and dispatch of parts, consumables and equipment supporting our workshop and customers nationwide.

You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Receiving and inspecting incoming goods

Unloading and loading trucks using forklifts and lifting equipment

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock locations

Conducting cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes

Supporting workshop and service teams with parts and materials

Maintaining a safe,



clean and organised warehouse environment

Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)

Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or logistics environment

Robust attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy

Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational and time management skills

Commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices

Experience within mining, manufacturing, industrial equipment or engineering environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
