ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a well-known residential volume builder with a robust reputation within the Victorian market. Based in Port Melbourne, they are looking to add an experienced Sales Draftsperson to their team to support the Sales function across Knock Down Rebuild (KDR), Duoloc and new home projects. This is a great opportunity for a confident residential draftsperson who enjoys problem solving, working collaboratively and communicating with multiple stakeholders.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Sales team to assist in achieving signed contracts across new builds, KDR and Duoloc projects
- Preparing accurate sales drawings and documentation using Revit
- Contributing design ideas across standard home ranges, facades and client-specific requirements
- Drawing and documenting product masters, sales plans, options and construction details
- Working with steel frame construction requirements
- Reviewing plans and resolving design and drafting issues as they arise
- Ensuring drawings meet internal quality standards, building regulations and relevant requirements
- Delivering accurate documentation within required timeframes
- Communicating effectively with Sales,



Drafting and other internal stakeholders
- Supporting the wider drafting team to deliver high-quality designs

KEY REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous residential volume building experience
- Strong Revit drafting skills
- Experience within Sales Drafting
- Experience with Knock Down Rebuild (KDR) projects
- Duoloc experience highly regarded
- Understanding of steel frame construction
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of residential construction, building standards, ResCode and relevant regulations
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced volume building environment
