The Lakes College is seeking a part time Lift Mentor Teacher (Primary) to support literacy and numeracy interventions for Lakes Learners. The role focuses on differentiated programs, collaboration with Primary teachers and Learning Assistants, and managing a caseload across Prep to 6.
The successful candidate will contribute to an inclusive college community aligned with the Uniting Church ethos and hold current QCT registration. This is a 0.4 FTE, 2 days per week position for Term 4 of 2026.
